At Sportify Store, your satisfaction is important to us. As a dropshipping-based business, our return and refund process is slightly different from traditional retail stores. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The item does not match the product description
• You notify us within 14 days of delivery

⚠️ Due to our dropshipping model:

• We cannot accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style chosen by the customer.
• Certain items (e.g., undergarments, socks, clearance sale items) are non-returnable for hygiene or final sale reasons.

3. Return Process

1. Contact our support team at contact@sportifystore.us with:
   • Order number
   • Reason for return
   • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
2. Wait for confirmation and instructions. Since suppliers ship directly, you may need to return the item to their warehouse address.
3. Ship the item back using the method provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
• In most cases, we will send you a replacement item rather than processing an exchange.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing begins with the supplier.
• Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Undergarments, swimwear, socks, and final-sale items
• Gift cards and promotional items

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package does not arrive within 45 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the supplier and provide a refund or replacement if confirmed lost.
